High Holiday 5783 Registration NSC

We hope you can join us for all of our High Holiday Programs and Services. This form will help us prepare the spaces at Congregation Etz Chaim during the High Holiday period.

Guests are welcome to participate for a fee of $300 per person for all of our High Holiday Services and Programming. Members of other URJ (Reform Movement Congregations) can submit the official HHD Reciprocal Seating Form and there is no charge for them to attend. Please do not include these individuals in your count. Please contact shalom@mycec.org if you need financial support to attend as a guest.

We know that technology is not always easy to navigate and if you would like help, please email shalom@mycec.org to arrange a time to speak to a member of our team or stop by the office Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm. We’re here to help!

For any accommodations for those who are joining in person or remotely can contact rachel@mycec.org and we will try to meet those requests.

We will print names tags based on the names provided in your registration.
This should be the same number as the tickets you are purchasing. You can enter individual information below.

Please know there are limited spaces and not all requests may be able to be granted. This special arrangement is for those people for whom it is a necessity.

We will be using our High Holiday prayer books (Mishkan HaNefesh) and will not be providing prayer books like on Shabbat. To follow along, please bring the appropriate prayer book to our High Holiday services.* If you do not yet have an updated set, you can purchase them here. There is also a Kindle version available from Amazon.com for each holiday.
*Mishkan HaNefesh is a two book set. The gold book is for Rosh Hashanah. The silver book is for Yom Kippur.

In addition to the names in the congregation's Yahrzeit records (you can view this here), if there are additional names that you would like to add to this year's Yizkor Scroll, please list all additional names here.

Please consider making a tax deductible contribution to support Congregation Etz Chaim this High Holiday season.
