Membership in Congregation Etz Chaim is not be like belonging to any other organization. Our synagogue family embraces all who join with us, sharing our backgrounds, experiences, and stories as we seek personal and collective meaning. Belonging to Congregation Etz Chaim reminds us that by giving something of ourselves to others we discover how much more purpose and perspective we receive in return.
Our membership dues are based on a fair share of income. In order to sustain our vibrant community, we rely on the generosity of our members. However, no one is turned away because of financial circumstances and request a personally significant contribution when possible. Our Executive Director and Financial Secretary will work with each family privately and thoughtfully through this process to help you find a way to contribute in a meaningfully significant way. We welcome anyone who supports our mission and aligns with our values, regardless of age, race, marital status, sexual orientation, physical ability, sensory sensitivity, or financial means.
