Name tags ordered by 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 12 are FREE to all members. 

The new name tags will be 3" x 1.5" with this design:

The order form allows you to add your first and last names as well as your pronouns*. 

Please consider making a $5 contribution, per name tag, to help sustain this wonderful program. Any contribution over $5 will help to cover the cost of name tags for other congregants. 

Following this initial order, additional orders will be placed once minimum quantities are met, and the cost will be $18 per name tag. Name tags may be ordered for those under 18 at their parents' discretion.

All name tags will be stored in the synagogue in a designated carrying case.

We are expecting them to be delivered around Purim.
